​    At LOFTY'S, customer safety is our #1 priority. All activity is actively monitored for safety and policy      enforcement.

• Watch your step.

• Children 15 years old and under must be supervised at all times.

• No running, horseplay, or reckless behavior within the facility.

• Swinging of any kind is prohibited outside of the simulator bay.

• Only one person is allowed in the bay at a time.

• Before swinging a club, always check your surroundings.

• Maintain a safe distance from others.

• Swings should only take place from the designated hitting area where the ball is placed.

• Always be aware of where you walk or stand, and stay clear of anyone’s swing path.

• All shots must be directed toward the hitting screen.

• No trick shots. Only Happy Gilmore can do the Happy Gilmore.

• All swings must be taken from a stationary position—no running starts.

• No use of personal tees. Please use the tees we provide.

• No use of personal balls. Please use the balls we provide.

• Please return the balls and tees to the shelf where you found them.

• Ensure that your shoes and clubs are clean and free of debris.

• No foot spray or likeness on clubs

• No drugs, smoking, or vaping are allowed on the premises.

• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the bay or near any electronic equipment at anytime.​

• No glass containers of any kind are allowed on the premises.

• No hard liquor is allowed on our premises. 

• No more than four golfers per bay.

• Excessive profanity, abusive language, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other guests is not permitted. Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership or access privileges.

• Report any accidents immediately.

• Call 911 for all emergencies.

• You break it, you buy it.

• LOFTY'S is under 24-hour recorded audio & video surveillance. Any tampering with or damage to cameras, lighting, projection systems, computers, launch monitors, or any other electronic equipment is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in financial compensation to LOFTY'S and/or expulsion.

• All photography and/or video taken at LOFTY'S may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

• Please ensure you take all personal belongings with you after your session and dispose of any trash properly. LOFTY'S is not responsible for items left behind.

• A friendly reminder that our facility is recorded by security cameras 24 hours a day.
