Lofty's, LLC (Lofty’s) Refund Policy

At Lofty’s, we strive to provide a top-quality experience for all members and guests. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining operational efficiency.

1. Membership Refunds
​
• No Refunds on Monthly Memberships: All membership fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated for partial months or unused time.
• Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time, but cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
• Suspensions: Memberships may be placed on hold for medical or extenuating circumstances, subject to management approval.

2. Reservation Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellations Made 4+ Hours in Advance: Full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
• Cancellations Made Within 12 Hours: A 50% refund will be issued.
• Cancellations Made Less Than 4 Hours Before: No refund will be given.
• No-Shows: No refunds or rescheduling options will be available.

3. Event & Group Bookings
​
• Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required for private events and group bookings.
• Cancellation Policy:
- 7+ days in advance: Full refund (excluding deposit).
- 3-6 days in advance: 50% refund (excluding deposit).
- Less than 72 hours: No refund.

4. Merchandise Purchases
​
• Return Window: Unused merchandise with original tags and packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
• No Returns on Used Items: Equipment and apparel that show signs of use are non-refundable.
• Defective Products: If a product is defective, it may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase.

5. Refund Processing
​
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• Lofty’s reserves the right to issue store credit in lieu of refunds when applicable.
