Membership Terms & Conditions:

• Member must book online and are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Members can utilize their allotted time each month daily from 6am - 12am.

• Booking confirmation email will provide a door access code that will be used to gain access to the facility 15 minutes prior to your booking time. This door access code is to be used by member only and may not be given to any other individuals under any circumstances.

• Member must be present at all times during the booking time and is fully responsible for their guests.

• Memberships are non-transferable and are exclusive to the individual member.

• Member can bring up to 3 guest per booking.

• One booking can be held at a time.

• Unused member hours do not rollover to the following month.

• Membership hours are allocated on a month-to-month basis.

• Any discounts only apply during active membership.

• Booking cancellations must be made at least 4  hours before the scheduled booking to receive full credit refund.

• No-shows will lose the entire booked time.

• Repeat no-shows may be penalized with temporary suspension of membership or loss of priority advanced booking. 

• Membership cancellations for the following month must be made by the 15th of the current month, any cancellations received after the 15th will take effect the subsequent month.
