LOFTY'S IS A SELF-SERVICE FACILITY:

  • Guests must bring their own clubs.

​

  • Non-members can book two day in advance.

 

  • You will receive your door access code by email on the day of your booking and one hour before your scheduled reservation. Bookings made within the hour will receive a code within a couple minutes. 

​

  • Door access code is available to use 15 minutes before your scheduled booking and will expire after your scheduled session. 

​

  • The 15 minutes prior to your booking is an opportunity for warm-up stretching.

​

  • Please take the time to read our rules prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth experience for you and others.

​

  • Your bays monitor and projector screen will activate 5 minutes before your scheduled time (or remain active if the previous booking is still in session) and will deactivate when your session ends.

​

  • Please be mindful of guests waiting to begin play after your session ends and exit the bay area as safely and promptly as possible.

​

  • Cancellations made within 4 hours of your scheduled time will receive a full refund or credit to your account.
